Building Conservation & Building Restoration

Previously known at The Point Depot this brick and stone built building was originally constructed in 1878 as a rail terminus. Having been converted into a concert venue the building was further redeveloped in 2008 to a 15,000 seater concert venue and renamed The O2 Arena.

Having successfully completed the work on time, budget and to a very high standard, Inter-Clean Ltd were further awarded the additional stone repair and repointing contract in 2009.

Inter-Clean Ltd was appointed the Stone Conservation contract with responsibility for the following work activities:
  • Stone Arches
  • Stone Stairs
  • Stone Repairs
  • Forming of New Door Opes
  • Brick Repairs
  • Chimney Rebuild
  • Repointing
  • Rainwater Goods
