This is a classic Georgian house that required restoration work to its façade. Having completed similar works to other properties in the vicinity Inter-Clean Ltd were chosen to undertake the following:

• Rake out existing mortar
• Re-point in the Tuck Pointing style
• Repair and repaint iron canopies
• Replace rainwater goods
• Remove paint from stone pillars

Subsequent to the completion of the above works Inter-Clean were further contracted to install new granite steps and railings to the basement.
